VENICE! Just typing THAT is exciting!! This is the most unique city: the culture, architecture, art, history, romance, food, the ambience...spectacular! It is an amazing city populated by wonderful people. The city of Venice stretches across 118 small islands in the marshy Venetian Lagoon along the Adriatic Sea in northeast Italy.

There are numerous historical attractions in Venice, such as St. Mark’s Basilica, the Grand Canal, and the Piazza San Marco. The Rialto Bridge is the main shopping area, and there are also many museums and palaces to explore.

Our day will begin with taking a bus ride from Verona to the land side of Venice. From there we will meet our host and guide, and get on our private Vaparetto to transport us over to the islands. After we arrive on the main island we will have a tour of the Murano Glass Factory. You will also have an opportunity to have a leisurely ride on an authentic gondola! Other than that, the day is yours for shopping, eating, people watching, and exploring one of the most interesting cities you will ever visit!
