One of our favorite places on the tour, and one of the most beautiful, is St. Johann in Tirol. A market town in the state of Tyrol and in the Kitzbühel district, St. Johann lies in a valley basin between the mountain range of the “Wilder Kaiser” and the “Kitzbüheler Horn”. It is at the junction of three small rivers which unite and run into Bavaria as the Tiroler Ache. The center of town is approximately 660 metres (1968 feet) above sea level.

You will enjoy some well-deserved and needed time off in St. Johann! There are many activities to enjoy, from Tandem Paragliding to river rafting to zip lining! Save a little extra money to enjoy these activities, or just have a picnic along the river! You will also be entertained by the local dancers at a welcome party hosted specifically for us by the Tourism Board of St. Johann.
