TOUR ORGANIZER / TOUR GROUP / TOUR COORDINATOR
The tour is being organized by Young Tanzsommer, known as YTZ hereafter.
TOUR COST / RESERVATION / PAYMENTS
The cost of this 12 day 10 night tour is $ 2,850.00 per person based on double room occupancy. Three payments of 950.00 per person is due on the 1st day of Feb., Mar., & Apr 2017.
Limited single and triple rooms are available for an additional $250.00 per room.
If payment is not made in a timely manner it may result in a forfeit.
A daily rate of $375.00 per day per person is offered to anyone attending a portion of the tour.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Please make cancellations in writing, by certified mail, return receipt requested, and allow five (5) days for delivery to YTZ.
Tanzsommer payments are non-refundable.
A $25.00 late payment fee per person will be applied 7 days after due date.
Payments more than 15 days late may result in a default and cancellation by YTZ.
Trip cancellation and baggage insurance is highly recommended.
ADDITIONAL TRAVEL / PASSPORT
You will need a passport to travel in Europe. Please apply now. The passport office can advise you if any visas are needed to travel in the countries listed on your tour itinerary. If you hold a passport from a country other than the USA, please indicate. It is possible to extend your stay in Europe on your own. YTZ requests that any deviations from group travel should be submitted to YTZ no later than March 15, 2017.
LUGGAGE
Each tour member may bring one checked bag and one carry-on bag. Although airlines allow specific dimensions for bags to be checked and carried on the airplane, the space allowed for luggage is limited on some motor coaches in Europe. Participants are responsible for your own luggage. Check with your airline for size and weight limit. It is recommended that luggage with wheels be used for the trip. Carry on bags must fit under the seat or in the overhead bin on the plane and/ or motor coach. All costumes must be in carry on luggage.
RESPONSIBILITY / DISCLOSURE
YTZ acts only as an agent in connection with the tour offered herein and its liability is limited. The travel services including air transportation, carriage by land, hotel accommodations, restaurants, and related services are provided by independent third parties and are not under the control of YTZ. YTZ shall NOT bear any liability to any passenger or any third party for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or any defect, through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, dangers incident to fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments, or other authorities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, unhealthy conditions, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations or from any other causes. YTZ shall not be responsible for any loss or damage or delay related to passport, visas or other immigration documents required by the US or any foreign government. YTZ shall not be liable for any losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes and YTZ reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any passenger should that person’s health or deportment impede the operation of the tour. Passengers and their parents or guardians specifically acknowledge all of the above by payment of the deposit herein above set out. Permission for Emergency Medical Treatment Forms should be provided to your tour coordinator giving your tour coordinator the authority to authorize medical treatment in the event of an emergency. Additionally, YTZ will require a medical and liability release to execute for each passenger.
THE COST OF YOUR TOUR INCLUDES
Accommodations: Accommodations will be provided in a mix of tourist and superior class hotels with private bath and/or shower. Generally, the hotels are rated three and four stars. A limited number of single and triple rooms are available for an additional supplement of $250. per room.
Classes: YTZ provides classes by professional teachers and performers for the dancers.
Land Transportation: Land transportation is provided between cities and to the major festival functions including transfers to and from the designated airport on designated arrival day and departure day. Young Tanzsommer will not be responsible for any deviations. Transfers will generally be by private motor coach.
Meals: Buffet breakfast and dinner will be provided each day except the day of the Venice excursion. That day only breakfast is provided. Drinks at meals are not included.
Sightseeing & Admission Fees: Professional tours and guides are provided for city tours. There are optional tours available at traveler’s expense, including gondola ride in Venice and Neuschwanstein Castle.
THE COST OF YOUR TRIP DOES NOT INCLUDE
Passports, visas, items of personal nature, portage at airports and hotels, optional excursions, independent sightseeing, cancellation/medical/baggage insurance, meals other than specified, soft drinks, bottled water or alcoholic beverages with dinner or any other items not mentioned as included. Tips to drivers and guides are not included.
Air Travel: The tour pricing does not include air fare and does not include transportation to and from the US departure and arrival airports.
OTHER TERMS / CONDITIONS
YTZ reserves the right to decline, accept or cancel a reservation of a proposed traveler prior to departure for any reason, in which event YTZ will refund monies paid by that traveler. Travelers under the age of fourteen (14) should generally be expected to room with a parent. YTZ expects all family members and others who attend YTZ functions and/or have personal contact with a YTZ traveler during the festival or plan to stay in a hotel housing any YTZ travelers shall be travelers with YTZ and YTZ will terminate the tour without refund for performers whose family members and or others violate this rule. As part of the application process, the parents and/or guardians of minor YTZ travelers shall provide a 24 hour emergency number. Travelers and parents should be aware that YTZ has represented to our host cities, that our travelers will conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the highest standards of behavior and morality. In the unfortunate event that a traveler is found, in YTZ’s sole judgment, to have violated any of those representations, that traveler shall be sent home immediately, without refund. YTZ policy prohibits the consumption of alcohol by a non parent escorted person under 21. As part of the YTZ Festival registration process, both adult travelers, parents or guardians of minor travelers must execute a full release of liability and a medical release form authorizing members of the YTZ staff and the directors of the Dance company with which a traveler is affiliated to make medical decisions for all minor travelers covered by the release and for adult travelers unable to make those decisions. In the event of any emergency, reasonable effort will be made to contact a parent or spouse before any medical procedure is performed. Parents who will not be joining the YTZ tour are advised that YTZ recommends all non-parent escorted travelers be affiliated with an adult who is attending, and that attending parent be given a medical release. YTZ be advised of who holds the additional medical release to allow YTZ the option of depending on that attending adult’s advice.
NOTICE
YTZ is aware that there are practical difficulties in communicating with parents and/or guardians as well as with adult travelers. For that reason, YTZ requests that communication to YTZ be in the form of emails, and that the sender be mindful that said email should not be considered as having been delivered to YTZ unless and until a confirmation email has been remitted by YTZ.
